tyler dula - conservation specialist
Tyler Dula is the Conservation Specialist for the Manistee Conservation District, where he focuses on watershed management, invasive species control, and citizen science engagement. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Natural Resource Management from Grand Valley State University in 2016. After graduation, he served as a Habitat Restoration Technician with AmeriCorps for a year before moving to Thailand to teach English.
Upon returning to the U.S. in 2019, Tyler joined the Manistee Conservation District as a grant-funded Conservation Technician implementing federal cost-share programs for landowner conservation. In 2023, he was promoted to his current role as Conservation Specialist.
